Abstract Landscape Painting Take Two

abstract landscape Landscapes

I've painted another abstract landscape using a palette knife, this time retaining some of the base charcoal drawing. I've pulled the idea of allowing the "base charcoal drawing" to show from my pure abstraction paintings because I want my work to connect together, no matter which subject matter I explore. I'm partial to sunrises and sunsets because I see them all the time living out on the acreage. Our place is for sale, so I don't have much time left to collect memories.
